General What are your opening times? We are open Monday-Friday from 9pm-5pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
Where is your business located? We’re based in the flourishing neighbourhood of Hackney Wick.
How can I reach you? You can hop on the Overground and get off at Hackney Wick Station or by getting on one of these buses: 26, 30, 236, 254, 388, 488. Or simply give us a ring on 0207 635 0285.
My account How do I register/ create an account? Click on the small human at the top right > Create Account > Add all your details in > Voilà.
How do I sign in into my account? Click on the small human at the top right > Type in all your email and password > Click Sign in > Voilà.
I’ve forgotten my password, what’s next? Do not panic! Click on the small human at the top right > Forgot Password > Type your email address in > Check all your emails just in case. How do I update my account information? Click on the small human at the top right > Feel free to change your details.
My orders
How long do you hold artwork for?
We usually keep artwork for 30 days after which it automatically gets deleted from our system. Can I change my order? Yes, you may. We always offer a 1hour window before we fully process your order and send it to be printed. However, if you realise too late that you’ve made a terrible mistake, please Contact Us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed my order? No problem! As long as we haven’t shipped your product, we should be able to update that for you. All you need to do is send us a quick line on sales@printbiguk.com with your order reference number and your new address.
How do I cancel my order? You need to email us on sales@printbiguk.com within 1h of placing an order and we’ll cancel that for you. For any cancellations past 1h after placing the order , we may not be able to process a full refund.
Can I cancel only one item or two from my order? We’re afraid you can only cancel your whole order.
How do I track my order? Get in touch by referencing your order number and we’ll let you know ASAP.
My order hasn’t arrived on time. What do I do? You should click the small human at the top > Orders > And then check your order status. Please don’t forget that our delivery estimates are only estimates might take a little more time until your order gets with you. If your order hasn't arrived within 1 working day after your estimated arrived date, you should get in touch. Sometimes we all get a little busy, including the delivery service, and things may run late.
What if I’m not happy with my order? Oh no! We don’t want you to leave us feeling sad. Send us an email onsales@printbiguk.com and we promise we’ll make things right.
How long does it take for a refund to come back into my account?
Typically, it takes between 5-10 working days. But sometimes, it might be a bit quicker! Do bare in mind that if you’ve paid via PayPal it may take up to 30 days to show up in your account.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does delivery cost? It should pop up in your cart right before you place the order.
Which shipping carriers do you use? We work with our dearest …
Do you ship outside London/U.K.? Yes, we do.
What is the latest time for delivery? We send our last parcel out at 6pm for next day delivery. We would need your order to be processed 1h before then. If you are in a terrible rush for next day delivery but placed the order after 10am, give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I check the progress of my order? Yes. All orders should show up in your account, and we’ll always tell you if the order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped.
Do you offer Click and Collect service? Aren’t you in luck? We do indeed. You can come and pick it up from our office.
Payment & Billing
What payment options do you offer? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & Apple Pay.
Are there any charges for using a credit/debit card? There are no extra fees or charges for our online payments.
Do you store credit/debit card information? We do not.
Where can I get a copy of an invoice from a previous order? You can email us on sales@printbiguk.com with your order reference number and we’ll get back to you with an invoice ASAP.
